You are most likely in need of an exterior cleaning. This is an epidemic in the local area.

What causes this?

Rain mixed with humidity create such an environment for all the harmful inhabitants to exist in places they don't belong. Shady areas from trees cause algae. This is an airborne algae that cannot be prevented (95% of these cases are found on the north side of the home).

Our soft wash process will eliminate and kill all algae and mildew (lichen in certain circumstances) and prevent renewal for a longer period than just pressure washing it off. With our soft wash system, we can treat a shingle roof without any damage to the granules to prolong the life of the shingles as recommended by the shingle manufacturers. Education is key on deciding who you choose to clean your exterior. Do not EVER let anyone pressure wash your roof!

We use low pressure washing techniques that will not damage vinyl siding or brick mortar. High pressure can be damaging not only to the home but to the technician operating the wand. Using low pressure does not allow water to push behind vinyl siding or removing the wax on siding. Brick and mortar keep their face, without damage, using low pressure. Painted surfaces (without paint failure) stay painted.

How do we do this with low pressure?

We allow the cleaning agents to do the work with low pressure. High pressure removes dirt and algae, but has the potential to damage the surface and doesn’t prevent algae from returning. With our biodegradable cleaning method, we can clean your house and extend the life of your exterior. Additionally, all shrubs, trees and plants are protected.
